Unknown ERROR 0xE000068

Unknown ERROR 0xE000068 is what pops up when i plug in the iPhone to charge it.
It does charge but will not log into iTunes 😟
i have two cables & the iPod Touch is fine, any ideas anyone.

iPod Touch 16Gb 2nd Gen, iPhone 3GS 32GB, 24" iMac

I guess no-one knows, i'll have to take it back to the shop i brought it from.

All sorted talked to a Apple rep
Removed & reinstalled iTunes on the Mac, this did not work
(but i thought this would not work as the iPod woked ok)

Refresh phone & reinstall all numbers & calendar info back on the phone
(This worked & now the phone syncs to iTunes again)

Ok Phone did not last long & now can't be charged or recognized by iTunes at all.
Have spoken to Apple it's now off to be repaired /replaced.

Have had replacement for about one week
Have not updated it yet (version 3.0.1)
Already have a problem Auto Brightness is off but screen has gone dull 3 times only way to fix it is to turn on & then off the auto brightness >:( then it goes back to the setting i have set.
