To Do Items and Exchange bug causing iCal Crash

I was getting an occasionally an error when adding to do items to my calendar on exchange. It was telling me that the item could not be synced asking if I'd like to go offline or delete the entry. I found that a work around was to go offline, quit iCal, then start up again and go online. Presto the to do would add.

Then iCal started crashing whenever I'd go online. I figured it might be the To Do's so I moved them all to a local calendar and when I went online it was fine. Back online, I tried to move some of them back to Exchange and I get a warning that some of the content will be moved to another field. I press OK and I see this To Do Notes:

"The following information couldn’t be added to Exchange:

Anyone else?
