Is there any way to auto tag my itunes music?

I recently transfered my music to a new PC and half my music got mislabeled, most of it has not been downloaded from the itunes store. Are there any cheap or FREE 3rd party or even Apple based programs other than media monkey that will retag my audio files and get artwork. I obviously do not want to sort through all of my songs individually.

Tuneup, fixtunes and iautoartwork are all a bit too expensive.

I am looking for something for windows. Thanks!

Dell Inspiron, Windows Vista

I'm not sure how you transfered the music to your new computer, but let's assume you moved the entire iTunes folder with the original .itl file. If that's the case, the solution is very simple. Hold the shift key down, and open iTunes. Do not let up on the shift key until you get a window that asks you to choose a library, or create a new library. If iTunes opens without giving you that choice, just close it and re-open it with the shift key down. Nine times out of Ten it works on the first try. Click "choose a library". You will get another window that allows you to navigate to your hard drive and show iTunes where your music is stored. In a folder called iTunes or iTunes Music, choose "iTunes Library.itl" This should bring back your entire library exactly the way it was when you last used it. Understand that while all of your music is stored in your music folder, information is stored in the .itl file.
