How to assign a particular MIDI controller to a given channel strip

This is probably a silly question but I am new to Logic and find it difficult to get my answer from a manual book. I have just started using Logic Studio 9 and would like to use more than one MIDI controller independently (for example MIDI keyboard and MIDI Woodwind controller). I had no problems with connections and Logic receives MIDI from all my controllers however I would like to be able to control say my software instrument on track 1 with just a keyboard controller and my software instrument on track two with just a MIDI woodwind controlller. At the moment if I play both controllers at the same time they both effect the software instrument on the currently selected track (Mixer Channel Strip). I've used this case scenario with Cubase and Nuendo before and it was very easy to set it up. Every track had separate MIDI input device (allowing a choice of desired MIDI controller) and the destination device section (allowing the choice of either a specific software instrument or external MIDI keyboard or sound module). Is it possible to reproduce this in Logic and if so what is the procedure. Any help will be highly appreciated.
