Can't get fasthosts webmail account to verify

I've done everything it says on the fasthosts webmail page, I've searched the web and I've searched these forums but cannot get my iphone 3G 2.0 to recognise my webmail account. I've got it synched with mobile me account and hotmail but the webmail is my main email account.

I've followed the instructions to the letter on the fasthosts page.
