Cannot access the Itunes Store

I am having difficulty in accessing the Store. When loading through ITunes Store on the side bar,the access stalls when half way through loading.
I can get in via "My Account" and can get Aps Store, Podcasts, Audio Books and Itune U but not Music Movies or TV Shows.

Despite numerous emails to Itunes support, I have has no success and progressed no further. Last week I had my computer checked by a Techie to see if there were any issues. He found none.
My computer is hard wired to a Linksys Wireless broadband Router which is connected to a Motorola Surfboard Cable Modem. I use CA Internet Security Suite.
I have disabled Firewalls (window and CA) direct connected to the Modem bypassing the rooter. I have enabled Itunes in permissions in CA and windows security.
I can connect with no trouble through my network with my laptop to Itunes Store.
It appears that this problem is very common in the various Itunes thrreads, yet Itunes cannot come up with a definitive answer.

I downloaded Version 9 and cannot access the Itunes Store correctly. The format of the store on my screen is not correct. Everything is hyperlinks instead of icons. Most of the hyperlinks do not work and I cannot search for anything. Been on the phone with Apple for 3 hours today with no resolution. Everything worked fine with version 8.
