How are you planning to send the wireless signal from the Slingbox device? It has no network capabilities built-in so you need to connect it to another access point such as a second Airport Express that is configured to use a fixed IP address (and the Slingbox will be configured to use that fixed IP address) of your choosing as long as it is in the DHCP range of the Airport Express' DHCP server that you now use as a router. You will also have to configure the router's port forwarding to assign the IP address for the Slingbox with the Slingbox' default port. This is configured via Airport Utility.

In my setup I have the Slingbox connected to my cable box. An Ethernet cable runs from the Slingbox's Ethernet port to the Ethernet port on an Airport Express plugged into the nearby power strip. That AEX is set to use an IP address that I chose which is within the range of IP addresses assigned by my router. My router is an Airport Extreme Base Station located elsewhere in the house and connected to the cable modem. The AEBS is configured to use port forwarding in which the Slingbox' default port is used and associated with the assigned IP address. The Slingbox is configured accordingly. In my network Airport Express' are set up to extend an existing network and the AEBS is configured to allow its network to be extended. I do not use any "bridging."

This configuration works quite well within my house, and I have successfully accessed my home TV using it from elsewhere in the country and in Canada when hooked up to a decent broadband connection.

Here is where i am confused
At my old apartment it went Modem-->MySons Linksys Router-->Ethernet-->Slingbox and everything worked

when i moved the linksys router went with him
Being an apple guy, I bought an Airport express, then realized...no outputs so my configuration is now
Modem-->Airport express--> then wireless connectivity to Tivo.Macbook and Mac Mini
But the Slingbox only has Ethernet, not wireless
I was told i could go Slingbox--->Macbook
i am assuming the ethernet on the slingbox is an OUTPUT not input
i am a bit cautious about sending the Slingbox to the Airport express because the express recieves the Internet from the Modem
Therefore what i am actually trying to do is have the macbooks Ethernet AND Wireless active at the same time the tv signal inputing via the ethernet through its connection and then communicating wirelessly with the Airport to ge t the tv signal to all my Pcs

Frankly, I'm not sure that will work since you cannot use both the AEX and your computer as a router. You can of course have both Ethernet and Airport active. But I don't think you can have a configuration as would be required for the Slingbox to work.

If you visit the Slingbox web site I believe you will find some diagrams of different types of setups. However, you would make life a whole lot easier if you just used a conventional router then used your AEX to pipe the Slingbox wirelessly to the router using the AEX to extend the router's network. I'm not familiar with the LinkSys routers as I prefer the AEBS.
