A friend told me he could not leave a message as it said that the Voice Mail associated with (number) was full. I only had four messages, but deleted them. Then cleared them. They are all gone. Now calling AT&T. Customer Service confirmed they could not leave a message either. My Visual Voicemail list was empty . . . . . Was transferred to tech support. I had two Profiles.
Settings>General>Profiles. This one enabled something that conflicts with the 3.1.2 iPhone Update. I removed that profile. I was then instructed to go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
40 voicemail messages appeared. Some I had already deleted. It may have been because of the profiles. . . .
