vnc, airport fixed dhcp HELP Please--I am going bald

I have been trying to get chicken of the vnc to work on my computer. I do not know what I am doing but somehow yesterday it worked for a bit. I remember when I had this working before there was a fixed dhcp, then nat with port forwarding.

Can someone walk me through this ?

My computer is macbook pro, airport, to office mac with ethernet.
