Embed iCal Web Calendar on Website?

We are trying to figure out a way to embed a calendar from a Snow Leopard Server wiki in an external website while maintaining the ability to read and add events to the calendar; for example, our organization's website, which is located on another server (different from the wikis). We've tried an i-frame and a php include, both of which would've embedded the entire page, not just the calendar like we want. Neither option really worked fully anyway. Is this possible? Thanks!

everything is basically possible. you might want to clarify what wiki software, what calendar software.. or just go the simple way and use google calendar which can be embedded on websites.

We had trouble with that and ultimately dropped the idea. I feel like perhaps the most reliable course would be to hack the CSS and template for the calendar page itself so that the page consists of only the calendar and no other visual elements. Then you can embed the entire page using the iFrame. Of course, this would impair the function of the calendar page when used as originally planned by itself, but maybe that's OK for you.
