Rotating Photos Around Z-Axis (as in Steve Jobs keynote addresses)

How can you rotate a photo along the z-axis (like on a multi-person iChat session)? To see what I mean, check out this Steve Jobs presentation slide from a few years ago (so it isn't related to an unreleased version of Keynote).

Images like these are likely created in other applications then copy/pasted in. The current version of Keynote cannot rotate images around the Z-axis. Try an app like "Picturesque" as a low cost way to obtain this look.
