Trouble with screen saver images

I use my iPhoto library as my screen saver. The images come up randomly. All of the images used to be crystal clear. Now some are clear and then some come up fuzzy or out of focus and then others go back to clear and then fuzzy again as the images keep changing. Can I do anything to fix this?

Power PC G5, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Hi Bluefoot, and a warm welcome to the forums! 🙂

Boot off your Install Disk while holding down the *d key*, (not c key), then run the extended Apple Hardware Test. Some disks require you to use the Option key at bootup to select AHT. Some models have a separate AHT CD.

Pay particular attention to the Graphic card Report.
