wheel does not respond after run.

Several times the wheel has not respond after I run. To end the run I click menu but cannot roll down to "end run".
By disconnecting the sensor the run data is saved. Otherwise the wheel works without problems. (Problem occurs only after a run).
Is it possible that the lack of reponsiveness is due to moisture (perspiration)?
Has anyone elso encountered this problem or have any advice.
