Music disappeared after purchasing songs

I bought two songs from my itunes on the iphone. I went to my ipod icon to listen to more songs and everything was gone. I synced my phone to my computer and tried to put my songs back on. It did not work. The only songs that shows on the phone are the two I bought. What is the deal? My ringtones synced but the music didnt! Help. I am getting really aggravated!

I just sent an email to customer service as the same thing happened to me...first time downloading songs from my iPhone (Juno Soundtrack).

Download went fine as I listened to the songs on my iPhone...went to synch the iPhone to my laptop so the songs would be on there....half the songs were suddenly missing. Now they are not on my iPhone and not on my computer. ***??

We'll see what Apple says....but I'm not downloading songs onto my iPhone anymore...only on my PC where I can immediately back them up.

Apple tech support arranged for my missing songs to be downloaded again simply by signing back into iTunes on my computer. They were very helpful.
