iPhone video green screen

I can't watch any movies on my iPhone, I watch them normally on iTunes and they do appear on my iPhone, and I can listen to them, but can't watch them, I get a green screen, although I can also watch videos normally on YouTube...

Mac OS X 10.5.8, iPhone OS 3.0, I am using both Mac OS X 10.5.8 and iPhone OS 3.0

I'm having the same issue. The proeblem appeared after the latest firmware upgrade.

Hi,

Try selecting the video in iTunes and clicking Advanced> Create iPhone Version.
Does the video play correctly after converting it in iTunes?

This article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1211 will walk you through importing and converting a sample video file that can be played on the iPhone.
