[beginer] Server Admin Tool and OS X 10.6 server

Dear all.
how are you? :o)

I am a beginner with Mac administration and I have some tasks to do soon.
We just get a MacPro with OS X 10.6 and we bought it with the goal to use it as a file server, a open directory for user account and iCal

I have 4 disks (3x1T in RAID5 and 1x 650G for the OS)

I just saw that link (server admin tool): http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/macosx_updates/serveradmintools106.h tml

I am insterrested to know what would be the difference if I install it on my client and if I reinstall the OS with OS X server?

If I install Server Admin Tool does my workstation become a server?

many thank

MacPro, Mac OS X (10.6.1)

server questions should be posted in the Snow leopard server forum
http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=264

if you install snow leopard server admin tools your mac will NOT become a server. the admin tools will give you some extra control functionality over the mac you install them on ONLY. if you want to host remote user accounts on this mac you do need to install OS X server on it.
