Audio to Score

I want to transcribe an audio recording of an acoustic piano to MIDI.
Can LP8 do it? Does it only handle monophonic? What other software
should I look into?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Logic cant handle polyphonic material. When the new Melodyne is done beta testing, you will be able to use it.
