GarageBand with reFX NEXUS2`

Hey guys,

Just got my MBP about a little over a month ago now running 10.5.7 and was just curious to know something about garage band.

I haven't used garage band in the past before to record music. i use to use Mark Of The Unicorn Digital Performer 5 before it crashed after installing a 3rd party sampler 😟

i was just curious to know, will i be able to record from NEXUS2 into garage band? also, i have a Korg Triton Extreme and is there a way i can use the sounds from there to record into garage band?

this is just the product info on NEXUS2 for you guys who arent too sure what it is...

haha oh man i feel like a tool xD
i dont own NEXUS yet but ive been working with a guy from the UK who uses it and he seems to like it. most of his tunes are written via NEXUS (we write Electronic Dance Music) and it seems to put out some nice sounds.

what do you use, or what would you recommend id use instead of NEXUS? im not sure if id go towards NI just because the sampler i installed (KONACT3) crashed my old program lol

Well if your doing dance music then NEXUS might be a good choice. reFX also maked Vanguard which has a good sound for dance and the entire package of the synth and the expansion packs cost the same as NEXUS2 alone. I don't really know but I'd gather a good guess that NEXUS 1 will be easier to run than NEXUS2.

Anyway you might as well try some demos from different developrs.
