Have you tried another USB port?
I have one that works exactly as advertised.

I bought a MJPA from Best Buy and I couldn't sync or charge the phone with it, so I exchanged it for another from Best Buy and have the same problem. I've tested it on three different Macs and two different iPhones, it would never work.

Currently Being ModeratedDec 10, 2009 1:58 PM (in response to velocity211)Mophie sent a replacement cable and that fixed the issue. I also bought another one at a Tmobile store and it worked as well. Just seems like they had a bunch of bad cables shipped out with their products.
