Removing date/time stamp from the "track changes" bubbles

Hi,
Please help! I am a professor and I use "track changes" to review and comment on my student papers. I see how when I add a comment, I can simply delete the info that automatically pops up (my name and the date/time). However, I often turn on "track changes" and use it to delete or revise text. I DON"T want the date/time to show up because I don't necessarily want students to know exactly when I was reviewing their papers. I can't find any setting Pages has that would allow me to not have that: in contrast, Word allows me to set preferences so that this info is absent.
Any thoughts?
Thanks so much,
Sonia

Yes this information can be deleted from each comment and relatively easily, but because my comments are a confidential part of a formal review process I want to make sure that the personal information did not 'reappear' when opened (which they do not seem to) or can be 'found' by the recipient via another route with in the structure. Because my name and the date automatically go into the comment, I would think a) it possible to switch this off and b) is as per the previous post, that this should be a basic feature that should be easily located included in the pages manual.
