Typing a ` character.

I use my iPhone for remote controlling my computer, but I found that the password that I most recently choose has a ` (key next to the 1 on a standard keyboard). I cannot find how to type the ` on the iPhone keyboard. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also are there any other characters that you cannot type on the iPhone?

iPhone data entry keyboards are context sensitive.

To type tilde in the URL entry keyboard, first tap the “@123″ button at the lower left of the keyboard, then tap the "#+=" key. Tilde is now the key to the immediate right of the "123" key.

However, I cannot find this in the password entry keyboard.

You might want to consider changing the password to something without a tilde character.

That's what I found, and I also tried looking at several International Keyboards as well.

Oh well changed the password to a different character.

From now on I will need to verify that all the characters are on the iPhone before choosing my new password.

Thanks for everyone's input, I just didn't know if the ` character was somewhere that I didn't see.

Thanks
Z.
