Setting up Rogers.com email account on an iPod Touch?

I am having the following problem (see below) when trying to set up my rogers.com email account on the Touch: "Authentication failed for <username@rogers.com>", even though I am following the fix they mention in this post from 2008 (select Yahoo! Mail (and not Other). Enter your Rogers.com email address and password). Is there another fix I should be using?

Thanks

Symptoms
When trying to setup an email account for Rogers.com as "Other" email in "Add Account" for iPhone, the iPhone 3G for Rogers Wireless may display the following error message:

"Authentication failed for <username@rogers.com>"
OR

"Cannot Get Mail" for <username@rogers.com>
However, the username, password, and other settings being entered on the iPhone 3G is correct for Rogers.com.

Products Affected
iPhone 3G

Resolution
In Canada, Yahoo! hosts Rogers email accounts. To setup the Rogers email account on the iPhone, choose Settings > Mail, Contacts, and Calendars > Add Account and select Yahoo! Mail (and not Other). Enter your Rogers.com email address and password.
