Change behavior of option-F12?

Since upgrading to Snow Leopard, a key combination I relied upon in Dreamweaver - option-F12 (preview in browser) - no longer works. That key combination now opens the System Preferences window.

I have searched through the entire list of keyboard shortcuts in the Preferences in an attempt to locate and change the behavior of option-F12, but it is not listed anywhere that I can see.

I rely on the Dreamweaver command for my workflow. How do I restore its function?

I had the same problem when using external keyboard. If you are still looking for the answer. I found it here, see message by WBW:

Solution: Go to Keyboard Preference check "Use all F1, F2 etc. keys as standard function keys"
