MMS video received, but black

MMS video received, but black

I have a 3GS and I have the new carrier settings and picture messaging has been fine, it still is. But when I received a video today it received it but it was black. I received this from my fiancee who is on my plan with AT&T so I don't know what the problem could be?

3GS, iPhone OS 3.1

update: I can receive videos from other people and my fiancee can send videos to others and the videos work but sending to my iPhone poses a problem. It's just really weird that I receive it but all it shows is a black screen for the video. I've talked to AT&T and they cannot figure out what the problem is.
