Open .sit File

I am trying to uninstall Norton Antivirus. I downloaded an uninstall.sit file from their web site. For some reason, Text Edit is associated with this type file. How can I change the file association so that the file will run?

Locate the file in the Finder.

Do a 'Get Info' from the menu or right/control click...note the open menu.

You can choose to open it one time with whatever or to associate all files of that type with one particular application.

.sit files may require you to download a compatible version of StuffIt.
