Entourage 12.2.1 'could not synchronize record to Exchange' error -18500
HI all -
I have an issue with a Mac user with Entourage 12.2.1 on OSX 10.6.1. He is unable to retrieve email at all from an Exchange 2007 server, but was able to until ~2-3 weeks ago. Settings have not changed on the Mac at all and there have been no changes to the configuration of the server. Searching on the web seems to indicate this is a frequent issue with 12.2.1, and that forcing a database rebuild at Entourage startup (holding Control) may resolve the problem temporarily, but this did not help in this case.
Any suggestions?
