Importing photo's received by email

Hi,
Whenever I receive an email (MAIL) with photos (JPEG) attached, I can't save them onto iPhoto08. It saves it to PICTURES instead, which I then can't import into iMovie to make films. Also they seem to be bad quality too after I have saved them. Any ideas please? Thanks

If you're using Mail you can click on the Save button in the message window and select 'Save to iPhoto'.

Failing that, once the pics are saved to the Pictures Folder you can import them to iPhoto.

Of course, the pics don't have to be in iPhoto to be used with iMovie, check the iMovie forum for help on that.

As to the quality, then rather depends on the quality that was sent to you.

Regards

TD
