Permission Denied error

Hi - I am using Snow Leopard on a MacBook Pro 13". I recently purchased ChronoAgent to sync files between my iMac and my MacBook Pro. When I am attemting to paste the license code for ChronoAgent into the appropriate area of the ChronoAgent preferences pane, I am receiving the following error:

Can't write /Library/Application Support/ChronoSync/.licenseA_0400264A016876: Permission denied.

Would anyone have a suggestion as to how I could correct this? I have already tried repairing permissions via disk utility but this did nothing to correct the problem. Thanks.

Chris
