Ethical issues and iPhone

I have to write an ethics essay,(I'm in grade 11 and already writing these),on iPhone and if I think its doing good for human behaviour or not. I can't seem to find anything on ethics on Apple's website and because I use a school computer for most of my research most pages are blocked. Does anyone know any link where I can find information on ethical issues or is there none? Please help, my essay is due very soon. Thank you to anyone that helps.
