Podcast backup - is it possible?

Simple question (I hope): I have backed up my music Library & purchases, but I would like to backup some of my podcasts that I wish to save - is it possible to backup selected podcasts, and if so how please?

iTouch & Classic, Windows XP

If you used the backup feature of iTunes, it's already backed up all the podcasts. If not, locate the podcast files in the iTunes library and back those up manually.

Thanks - but that's a bit my question: how?

If I locate a podcast I want in the Library and right click on it, I do not seem to have a "save as" or "backup to" or "export to " option.

I'm missing the "how to backup a single podcast episode" info... many thanks for any guidance.

Select a podcast item, right click and choose Show in Finder. This will give you the file location on your hard drive. From there you can manually copy the desired file(s) or setup a backup routine.

Or - since you are using Windows - use Windows Explorer (not Finder, which is Mac OS) and look in the Podcasts folder (it's in the My Music/iTunes/... folder).
