Mac OS Partition not showing

I've just turned on my Macbook Pro and it booted into Windows 7, which is wierd as it always boots into OS. Anyway, I assumed this was just a glitch, restarted the laptop and held down the option key. However, when the bootcamp screen comes on, it is only showing the W7 partition. The HDD shut down from OS X fine when I turned it off last night. Any ideas on what to do next?

Start up from the install disk that came with your computer. Click continue in the first window that comes up. Select Utilities from the finder window. Run disk utility. Your HD should appear in the sidebar, with your partitions below it. If your OSX partition appears, highlight it and run repair disk. If it doesn't appear we have have a whole different problem. Come back with your results.
