Missing space!
I added an extra 750gb to our XRaid last night. It now shows 2.7TB (RAID 5 - 5x750gb) in the RAID Util but only 2TB on my xServe!!!

If you are using HFS+ under an older machine then there's nothing you can do because older hardware doesn't support growing HFS+ volumes after they've been created. To gain the extra space you'll need to re-partition the drive when means backing the data off, re-partitioning (which erases the drive) and putting the data back onto the new volume.
If you're using an Intel box and newer software you should be able to go into Disk Utility and expand the current partition to gain the additional size you've added to the storage.
