Incompatible Plug-ins Disabled

I've been getting the following message every time I launch apple mail.

Incompatible Plug-ins Disabled
Mail has disabled the following plug-ins:
ProxiMail
Contact the makers of these plug-ins for versions that are compatible with Mail 4.1 and Message 4.1

the link below is the actual message:

I've read a similar post
http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=10080979&#10080979

I went into users/Library/Mail
and deleted Bundles (Disable), then restarted my Mail, i still get the same message popping up.

I've tried all combination of
users/Library/Mail/Bundles
users/Library/Mail/Bundles(Disabled)
users/Library/Mail/DisabledBundles

either deleting the directory or the content of the directory and nothing seems to get rid of this warning...

Does anybody have an idea?

Does anybody know where I can download the latest version of ProxiMail so that I can just get rid of this message (yes i've googled it, but I couldn't find anything helpful)

thanks in advance!

I don't think this is a growl problem...
but for the sake of completeness, I just installed the most up-to-date version of growl (v1.2 released 2009-09-28), rebooted my machine and i'm still having the same error message.

If i'm doing something wrong, let me know... but nothing has changed since my original message. Apart from me messing around with all the different options to try to get rid of the annoying warning message about ProxiMail

I've just upgraded from a old G4 to a new MacBook pro and after doing a Migrate, I've been getting the same message except instead of Proxmail, mine says" letter opener". Any idea how to fix this?
