"****, Full Keyboard Access" or "Give me Control-F1 back"
Is it possible to disable Full Keyboard Access switching by Control-F1 hotkey? Or reassign this function.
Lurked around Keyboard preferences pane, but ... nothing found.
I'm guessing that you attempted to use Ctrl-F1 for something else and it still turns Full Keyboard access on/off?
Usually, if you establish a shortcut, it will override a programs defaults, but I don't think it will on the hard-coded ones like you are trying to do.
Yes, that is what I meant. However, did you try to use it for something else?
I just attempted to use it and you cannot. It still controls toggling of Full Keyboard access. I don't know of a way to override those command-key equivalents.
I've noticed that since migrating to 10.6 in Full Keyboard Access it always automatically turns in "All controls" mode no matter what. Going to Prefs and changing it back to "Text boxes and lists only" helps for a few mins only, then it changes back to "All controls".
Saying that it freaks me out would be saying nothing, after a few months now it drives me crazy..
Maybe it's some sorta virus? Apple, SOS!?
