iTunes Remote Speaker Name Change

My AirPort Express base station name has been changed recently. My iTunes still displays the old AirPort Express name when I use it for remote speakers. How do I make iTunes update to the new AirPort Express name? I have tried deleting all reference of the AirPort Express from the MacBook such as SSID's, keychain entries etc.

MacBook Pro 2.53Ghz 250GB, 4GB, iPhone 3GS 32GB 3.1.2, Mac OS X (10.6.1)

Go to the AirPort Utility, click on the Airport Express, click the Manual Setup button and click on the Music icon at the top. You'll see the "iTunes Speaker Name", which relates to the name in iTunes...
