Recover Deleted Video from iPhone

I took a video on my iphone 3GS and deleted it accidentally before syncing with my computer. is there any way to recover it?

iPhone 3GS, iPhone OS 3.1

Photos and videos captured by your iPhone are included with your iPhone's backup, which is updated as the first step during the sync process. If you didn't sync your iPhone with iTunes after this video was captured and before it was deleted, the answer is no.

and if i did sync my iphone with my computer...then how would i find the video?

You have to Restore your iPhone in iTunes using the backup. The video will be restored to your phone. There is no way to see or extract the video from the iPhone backup while it's stored on your computer.
