Sony V800 - Kernel Panics

Since upgrading to Mac OS X 10.4.2 I get a kernel panic every time I connect my Sony Ericsson V800 using the supplied USB cable.

Restarting the Mac allows the storage device to be seen on the desktop where it can be used as normal for copying and deleting files. However, ejecting the phone and then unplugging the cable also always causes a kernel error.

Anyone else had this problem since updating?

Thanks,

Rob
