During the installation of Windows the 'Default Startup' is set to be the WIndows partition (needed for the automatic restart during the Windows installation).

Reboot your Mac while holding down the 'Alt/Option' key and choose your OSX partition to boot from.
Once in OSX goto System Preferences - Startup Volume and set your OSX as the default.
