Restore firmware to return to the configuration of apple fans

Hello:

When I'm in Windows under Boot camp the fan never exceeded the 2000rpm. In Mac, the fan was controlled by "fan control". I think that Fan Control has changed any configuration of firmware and my macbook pro can't handle the fan by itself when I unable Fan Control.

I've reset the SMC, and I tried to reset the PRAM, but when I press the shortcut keys, the macbook does nothing and boot normally. I don't know if I have errors in the procedure. I press cmd alt+pr and the boot button... Can it be that my computer does not have PRAM because it is recent, but I don't know...Afther reset SMC, the problem persist.

I thought: if I restore the firmware, everything back to normal. Buuuut there isn't cd of firmware restoration for macbook late 2008 - 2009...

Can anyone help me recover the speed of the fans proposed by apple?

Thanks, I hope that you understand me, I'm spanish and my english is very poor...

MacBook Pro 13'' 2,53Ghz 4GB RAM, Mac OS X (10.6.1)

Your English is fine, not to worry.

I always thought you can't go backwards in the firmware department:

See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2213

The Firmware Restoration CD can restore the firmware of an Intel-based Macintosh computer.
Note: Restoring your firmware will reset some of your computer's preferences to defaults.
You can only use this to restore the firmware after an interrupted or unsuccessful update. If your computer is already in this state, you'll need to download the software and create the CD on another Macintosh computer, or you can take your computer to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to restore your firmware. This CD can be created on either a PowerPC- or Intel-based Mac, but only works with Intel-based Macs.
Note: This CD cannot be used to return an Intel-based Macintosh computer's firmware to a previous version if a successful update has already been performed.

YOu said that you tried to reset the PRAM but that it fails to do so. I assume you mean you do not get the second startup chime.

If that is true then something is wrong that needs addressing regardless of anything else. Resetting the PRAM should work. Do you continue to hold down command-option-p-r after you press the power button? If you don't then that is your problem. You must hold down those 4 keys then press and release the power button and continue to hold the 4 keys until you have heard the startup chime at least 2 times. Then you can let go of the buttons and the machine will start up.

If this does not work then something is wrong with your computer. Also, Fan Control does not change the firmware.
