Trouble opening Adium, Skype, NetNewsWire and others: Webkit Problem?

Every time I try to open one of these programs, they immediately close. The error message on all of them has the same thread:

Dyld Error Message:
Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/WebKit.framework/Versions/A/WebKit
Referenced from: /Applications/NetNewsWire.app/Contents/MacOS/NetNewsWire
Reason: no suitable image found. Did find:

Any way of fixing that?

Unibody Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

Have you confirmed that they are all recently updated to be fully compatible with Snow Leopard?

What are the version numbers...

They're definitely compatible with Snow Leopard; I installed Snow Leopard at the beginning of September and they've worked fine until about 3 hours ago...

If I knew the answer to that, my problems would be solved! I was working and tried to open NNW, it didn't work, and so I tried logging out and logging back in, and then programs that were already open before (Adium and Skype) didn't work either. I'm trying to see if there's any (easy) way of reinstalling Webkit. No luck so far...

Also, Safari seems to be working fine, so I don't know if it is actually a Webkit problem.

Prior to it not working, what was the last thing you installed/updated?

The last thing I installed was a program called "Amazing Slow Downer" for slowing down music files, but I uninstalled it without opening it when I realized that Audacity had the same functionality. As for updates, I'm not sure if the system did any background updates over the past few days. Is there a log of some sorts that I can use to check that?

Actually, I did open Amazing Slow Downer once. This was on Saturday the 31st though, and it was on my computer for about 5 minutes.

There is a file /private/var/log/install.log which should contain a log of
any Apple software updates. You should also be able to see the details
within the Software Update panel of System Preferences.
