How to save documents automaticlly

Hello Folks,

I´ve got Appleworks 6.2.9 and i´m searching for a function like "automtica save of documents every 5 minutes" or similar.

I´ve found nothing in this forum about this problem. Can you help me?

Perhaps it may help to look at:

"AppleWorks 6 > Preferences > Files > Auto-Save"

When this checkbox is checked, the app automatically saves the doc in-progress BUT it save it in its own Autosave folder using a cumbersome name like:
1BD0AA9555BC36586932120840351B
