How to leave feedback about Apple retail store experience?

I've searched all over the help pages, but can find nothing on sending feedback about a walk-in Apple Store experience my wife and I had today.

There is a place to rate your purchase experience, but unfortunately we did not get that far.

Is there a link or email of an individual on the corporate side who can receive store feedback?

I don't know of one, but I suspect you'd have better luck with the store itself.

If it's something good, write an actual letter to the manager, mentioning the employee by name if at all possible.

If it's something bad, call the store and ask to speak with the manager. If that doesn't help, try Apple Store Customer Service at 800-676-2775 (that may be for the online Apple Store, but they should be able to transfer or direct you to the right place).
