Flash Player and G4 powerbook

I successfully [ it said!]downloaded Flash Player 9,[ not the latest version as my Mac is only 10.2] but when I go onto Facebook it wont play video clips. Utube works fine What am I doing wrong?

G4 Power Book, Mac OS X (10.2.x)

Some applications rely on Flash 10. Adobe has a version for OS X 10.1 to 10.3 - choose that from: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
