Video card with Mini Display for older Mac Pro???

I'm considering purchasing an older Mac Pro (Woodcrest Xeon 5400) and was wondering if there is a video card that is compatible that has a mini display port. I want to connect my 24" ACD to it. As far as I can tell, the NVIDIA 120 won't work on this machine. Thanks.
