install application support?

My Itunes seems to be non-existant. No icons, nothing.
When I try to open up a song or something with Itunes, it simply tells me to, "install Apple Application Support." I can't re-install Itunes b/c of this and my computer won't let me install the Application Support either. HELP! :/
