Apple TV in Austria???

Apple TV in Austria???

does anyone know if Apple TV will work in Austria? I am based there, and if I go into itunes (to see what movies would be available) there is no tab for movies. Also, on the apple austrian website, there is no mention of movies - just photos etc. Could it be that if you are in some countries you can't purchase or rent movies??

Also, I am thinking of getting a vpn to the UK so that I can use bbc's iplayer etc (i understand this would work). Would this also solve the Apple TV movies issue (if itunes thinks I am in the uk)?

it doesn't matter where you are it only matters the location of your account.. if i have a US credit card and iTunes store account i can buy from the US store. if you have a credit card with an address in an area where they sell movies you can download movies from that iTunes store.

bummer. I guess all my CCs and my iTunes account are Austria based, and from what I can tell, they don't do the TV programmes or films over here.
