mobile TV not working

I have an iPhone 3G running OS 3.1.2 . (Factory unlocked)
my operator is offering Mobile TV.
they give the user a web address where they chose which channel to watch they they start streaming.

but in my case whenever i chose channel, Safari keep on loading and loading without transferring me to Quicktime player to stream mobileTV..

any ideas how can i solve this ?

iPhone 3G 3.1.2, Windows XP Pro
