Why does a little orange slice icon appear on my e-mail?

Just started using my apple mail program and for some reason when I reply to e-mails, a little photo of an orange slice appears in the upper right corner of my mail, near the header. It's not clickable, and it doesn't appear as an attachment.

Anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?
