Roxio easy VHS to DVD?

I have just installed Roxio easy VHS to DVD to convert VHS to DVD, After installation the video comes in fine except there is no audio. I have sound on all other apps. Anyone have any experience with this app.?

iMac 20" 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB SDRam, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

ola,

i wish i could help...... i have sound but no video image (using rca) ....... maybe we can put our computers together and get 1 working result? hehe

i've been struggling for weeks now with little help from roxio themselves........

hope someone out there can help us!

ola fvs,

i switched vhs players....... problem solved!
has somefink to do with pal/ntsc playback on some vhs players....... we are on pal in south africa
hope this helps others!...... still waiting for help from roxio........... useless!

Found solution,
Open HD/Library/Quicktime
Create a new folder on desktop, Move all the contents from this folder into the new folder.
Then reattempt. All works well.

i tried it..... no luck...... also tried restarting........ gggrrrrrr!
