lost address book

When I transfered across all my data from previous imac I accidentally deleted the leapard version of address book, and it won't open the version of address book from my previous imac (which uses OS before leapard). I can still use the addresses in mail, but can't see them or edit them. Anyone any idea how I reinstall? I tried looking at the set up disc but couldn't find the address book.
